2. The scent & the feeling
It may sound strange – but sneakerheads know: real pairs have that factory smell .
Fakes often smell strongly of glue or plastic.
Feel the material – does it feel cheap or uneven? Then something is off.

3. Seams & quality
Check the seams – they should be symmetrical, tight and clean .
The glue on the midsole? Runny, sticky = usually fake.
Nike, Jordan & Adidas have high quality control. Sloppy finish? Back off.

4. The details make the difference
Logos, tongue tags, insoles – everything should be sharp, clean and consistent .
On Jordans? Check Jumpman – fakes often have weird arms, short legs or a crooked pose
On Yeezys? The BOOST material should feel bouncy and responsive – not plasticky.
