Shipping information

  • Shipping with Postnord – within Sweden

    We ship all orders with Postnord on weekdays.
    You will receive delivery updates via SMS and/or email, including a tracking link where you can follow your shipment and select delivery options if available.

    Within Sweden & EU: 3–6 working days (Fast delivery collection)

  • Other delivery times for goods that are not in stock are 5 - 15 working days.

  • During promotions and sales: Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing.

Shipping cost

We offer a flat shipping price of SEK 69 for all orders under SEK 500 – regardless of how many products you order.
For purchases over 500 SEK, shipping is free . It is automatically calculated at checkout.

We are currently updating our international shipping prices.
For now, the shipping amount shown at checkout after you select your country applies.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

When you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive ongoing delivery updates and a link to UPS where you can track your package and adjust the delivery.


Changes

You have 14 days to exchange your order from the date you receive it.
The product must be in unused condition , in original packaging with all tags still attached.
Do not use the shoe box as the outer shipping box. Return the item in the box you received your order in.

Here's how:

  1. Place a new order for the product you want to exchange.

  2. Return the product you wish to exchange using a trackable shipping service .

  3. Write "EXCHANGE" on the delivery note and include it in the package.

Important: Without a delivery note or order number, we cannot link the return to you.

Outside the EU: Value the package at 0 SEK and mark it as "Return – exchange" . You are responsible for any customs duties.

Send an email to hypekicksweden@gmail.com and let us know that you have sent a replacement. Don't forget to include the tracking number.


Returns

You have 14 days to return the product from the date you receive it. The product must be unused , in its original packaging and with all tags still attached.
We do not accept returns where the shoe box has been used as outer packaging.

Here's how:

  1. Use a trackable shipping service

  2. Mark the delivery note with "RETURN" and put it in the package.

If you don't have the delivery note, a note with your order number will do.

Outside the EU: Enter value 0 SEK and mark the package as "Return – product" . You are responsible for any customs duties.

Once we have received and reviewed your return (1–10 business days), we will issue the refund.
Shipping and customs costs are not refundable.

We will deduct SEK 90 from the refund for the return label.


Complaints / Damaged products

We check every product before it is shipped. Should you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately.

Here's how:

  1. Email hypekicksweden@gmail.com

  2. Enter subject: "Complaint + your order number"

  3. Describe the error clearly and attach pictures if possible.

Please wait for a response from us before sending anything back. Once we have approved the complaint, you will receive further instructions.
