Shipping information

Within Sweden (PostNord)
All orders within Sweden are shipped with PostNord on weekdays.
You will receive ongoing delivery updates via SMS and/or email, including a tracking link where you can follow your package and select delivery options if available.

EU & Outside EU (DHL / UPS)
All international orders are shipped with DHL or UPS .
Tracking information and delivery updates will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Handling time: 1–2 business days

Delivery times:

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days

  • EU: 2–4 business days

  • Outside the EU (incl. Australia): 2–6 business days

During promotions and sales, the processing time may be extended by 1–2 business days.


Shipping cost (fixed price)

  • Sweden: 69 SEK (Free shipping on purchases over 500 SEK)

  • EU: €18

  • Outside the EU (incl. Australia): 25 AUD or 18 € depending on region


Order Confirmation & Tracking

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive ongoing delivery updates and a tracking link (PostNord within Sweden, DHL/UPS internationally).


Changes

You have 14 days to exchange your order from the date you received it.
The product must be in unused condition , in original packaging and with all tags still attached.
Do not use the shoe box as an outer shipping box.

Here's what you do when replacing:

  1. Place a new order for the product you want to exchange for.

  2. Please return the original product using a trackable shipping service .

  3. Mark the delivery note with "REPLACEMENT" and put it in the package.

👉 Important: Without a delivery note or order number, we cannot link the return to you.

Outside the EU: Declare the package value as 0 and mark it as "Return – Exchange" . You are responsible for any customs fees.

Returns

You have 14 days to return a product from the date you received it.
The product must be unused, in original packaging and with all tags still attached .
We do not accept returns where the shoe box has been used as outer packaging.

Here's what you do when returning:

  1. Use a trackable shipping service .

  2. Mark the delivery note with "RETURN" and put it in the package.

    • If you don't have the delivery note, a note with the order number will do.

Outside the EU: Declare the package value as 0 and mark it as "Return – Product" . You are responsible for any customs fees.

Refund:

  • Processed within 1–10 business days after we receive and review the return.

  • Shipping and customs costs are not refundable.

  • For returns within Sweden, a fee of SEK 90 will be charged for the return label.

  • For returns within the EU & outside the EU, the customer is responsible for the shipping label.


Complaints / Damaged products

Each product is carefully checked before being shipped.
Should you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.

Here's what you do when making a complaint:

  • Subject: "Complaint + your order number"

  • Describe the error clearly and please attach pictures.
