How can I track my order?
You can track your order in two ways:

From your account page under "My Orders" . The order status will show as "Processing" until it has been shipped.

Once your item has passed our verification process, it will be shipped via UPS .
You will then receive an email with a tracking link , so you can follow the delivery in real time.
After you receive this email, it normally takes 2 working days for the delivery to reach you.
For home delivery , if you are not at home when the delivery attempt is made, UPS may offer to:

Reschedule delivery

Deliver to a trusted neighbor

Drop off the package at a nearby drop-off location
Upon delivery to agent
You will receive a notification as soon as your package is ready for pickup.
You can also use the "Track my order" menu option at any time.
